Our Physiotherapists are experienced and knowledgeable, having years of experience in private practice and in working with both elite athletes, sports teams and sports doctors.  We believe strongly in great communication, and the right management plan.  We’ll tailor make a unique rehabilitation plan that’s right for you, and coach you through it to get you tracking steadily toward your goal.  We’ll give you a clear understanding about what is happening in your body.  No mystery and no complicated language.

Our Pilates team is a highly skilled group of professionally trained individuals.  Passionate about Pilates and its ability to give you strength, flexibility, and confidence in your body.  They’ll teach you the Pilates method in expertly led small group reformer classes and private Pilates training.  We believe in Pilates, backed by contemporary evidence-based principles to make you stronger, more flexible and feel better so you can do more of what you love! We’re so excited to share our love of Pilates with you!

Simon Noton 286x400

Simon Noton

Director, Principal Physiotherapist

Qualifications: Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy), PGDip Musculoskeletal therapy, PGDip Western Acupuncture and Spinal Manipulation, Masters in Musculoskeletal Therapy. Titleist Performance Institute Certified Medical, Certified Watson Headache Practitioner.

Simon is a Masters trained Physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience in diagnosing and successfully treating musculoskeletal issues. He has a special interest in Youth Athletes, and Sports Injuries.
Simon completed his Masters in 2006, is an advanced practitioner in Spinal Manipulative Therapy, and Western Acupuncture.  He is a Watson Headache Approach specialist and a certified Titleist Performance Institute Golf Physiotherapist.

In his career, Simon has worked as Physiotherapist to elite sporting teams including the Auckland NPC Rugby team, the Auckland Rugby High Performance Unit.  He also spent many years of involvement with the Grammar Tec Rugby Club, and prior to that, Marist Rugby.

When he’s not in the clinic, you can find him enjoying family life, out in the water, or charging down fairways. Alongside his team, he won the 2021 Auckland vs North Harbor Masters Golf Tournament, and was also part of the successful Titirangi Golf Club 2021 Pennants victory.

Rebecca Noton

Studio Manager, Pilates Instructor

Qualifications: BBUS Marketing, BDip Information Technology, Stability Plus Mat Essential & Intermediate Certified, STOTT Pilates Intensive and Advanced Reformer. Trained in Injuries and Pilates for Special Populations. Currently studying towards full certification in the comprehensive equipment through STOTT.
Becs co-founded ONFORM with Simon and manages our studios and Pilates community. With a background in business and marketing, Bec has her finger in every piece of the ONFORM pie…but it’s Pilates that makes her light up! She discovered Pilates after suffering from lower back pain in pregnancy, that just wouldn’t go away. She quickly fell in love with the movement practice, and it became a way of managing, and over time completely fixing her lower back pain. She went on to do her Pilates mat training and certification through Stability Plus in Auckland, and later did her Intensive and Advanced Reformer Training through STOTT Pilates.
Bec believes that Pilates has an amazing ability to make regular everyday movement come alive, and to turn exercise haters into lovers. Not only does it make you stronger, and more flexible, but it makes you feel better day to day. It’s a practice that is sustainable and life changing – and absolutely everyone can do it! Outside the studio, Bec’s is a skatepark mum, a lover of nature, good food, and getting out into the wild.

 

Ali Collier, ONFORM Physiotherapist

Senior Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor

Ali is an experienced Senior physiotherapist who has completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and has a special interest in….Sports rehabilitation and injury prevention, Pain science and Education.

She loves helping people to achieve their goals and get back to doing what they love most.  Ali is a clinical Pilates specialist, having completed both the BASI comprehensive Pilates training and STOTT mat Pilates. 

Ali found a love for Reformer Reformer Pilates both for her clients and herself, having found it to be personally beneficial in preventing ‘niggles’ when running. Her special interest is in helping clients overcome pain and injuries to be able to keep training and doing what they love.

Outside of work, Ali enjoys running, exploring New Zealand with her dog Buddy, and baking at home.

Community Support & Administration

Sandy is our office management, customer service and community support professional.

As a member of our reception and admin team, she leads our team in looking after our new clients, our community members, and ensuring that we help you get the most out of Pilates and Physio with us.  She keeps this ship running smoothly, and looks after our amazing clients.

When Sandy is not keeping our systems and process ship shape, you’ll find her in our Pilates classes, breaking boards (2nd Dan BB), walking her gorgeous dog, Bruno (who you may have met in studio!), or her ultimate quest to cook the family dinner in under 7 minutes.

Pilates Instructor & ONFORM Administrator

Susan’s interest in Pilates started from her background in sports, particularly Beach Volleyball for which she represented NZ. She found Pilates through a need to support her training, and an interest in how the body moves and strengthens. She brings her welcoming personality to class, providing a Pilates workout that is fun, and layered in a way to include all levels.
Susan’s Pilates training includes; STOTT Mat Intensive, and Advanced, STOTT Reformer Intensive and Advanced, and is currently studying her Cadillac and Chair training in 2025. Exciting!
When not teaching, Susan helps to keep ONFORM humming, supporting our front reception desk at our Panmure mother-ship.
She is an awesome mum to two boys and a beautiful black lab that you’ll often see in studio with her, Marty.

Pilates Qualifications: STOTT Mat Intensive & Reformer Intensive

Simone began her Pilates journey over 15 years ago to rehabilitate a neck injury. After enjoying the benefits of Pilates, and with a wealth of experience on board, she left the corporate world and trained via STOTT Pilates in Intensive Mat and Intensive Reformer.

Her classes focus on a total body workout with modifications to help clients to achieve their individual goals. What she loves most about her job is working and connecting with all our amazing clients at ONFORM.

Pilates Qualifications: BASI Pilates Comprehensive Certification

Tracey discovered Pilates as a young mum in South Africa.  She fell in love with the method as a way to connect to yourself, and strengthen.

She completed her BASI Mat and Comprehensive Teacher Training in Cape Town, South Africa, and is qualified to teach on all the amazing Pilates equipment from beginner to advanced level.

Her classes are designed to get you moving mindfully, gradually building up your strength, flexibility and confidence.  Challenging you to find new levels of movement and a connection to your body that will leave you feeling motivated, encouraged and more equipped to keep moving.  You can read her full story here.

Pilates Qualifications: BASI Pilates Comprehensive Certification

Silke fell in love with Pilates as a way of moving and loving exercise and after many years of her own self practice, took the step to complete her training.  Silke is a now a comprehensively trained and certified BASI Pilates Instructor.

Her classes are delightfully challenging, helping you to find the movement in your body and layered to progress you.

Pilates Training: Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Certification

Maria’s Pilates journey began at ONFORM Pilates as a client and led her to train in the wonderful Polestar Pilates comprehensive, teaching the Pilates method via Matwork, Reformer and all the other awesome Pilates equipment.  She really carrys the ONFROM spirit which is to make Pilates welcoming, and provide a workout that offers knowledge for your body and a great workout.  Maria loves adventure, travel and doing Pilates!

Pilates Qualifications: STOTT Intensive and Advanced Mat, STOTT Intensive and Advanced Mat.  Currently studying STOTT Intensive – Advanced Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels.

Kimberley discovered Pilates through her dancing career.  As a Ballet Dancer, working for the Australian Ballet Company, she found that Pilates helped her to stay strong, support her flexibility, and be mindful of her body.  After retiring from professional Ballet, Kimberley returned to NZ and became both a dance teacher and a Pilates instructor, combining her two passions.

Kimberley’s classes are a great workout and challenge, at the same time helping you find your form. She encourages you to explore progressions to strengthen yourself, but in a way where you feel supported.

Leonie da Sa

Pilates Qualifications: Previously a Physiotherapist in Brazil. Currently trained in all the Pilates equipment, and further qualifications within NZ in Stability Plus comprehensive Pilates and STOTT Pilates Reformer Intensive.

Pilates came into Leonie’s life when she was working as a Physiotherapist in Brazil in 2008. She wanted to do more than treat her patients and send them home afterwards.  She wanted them to be pain free, happy and confident in their bodies again.

The search led Leonie to Pilates.  In 2011 she undertook a comprehensive Pilates certification in Brazil. She started to apply the methodology in her patients’ routine of treatment and noticed significantly results on enhancing spinal stability, muscular flexibility, balance control amongst others benefits.

In 2015 Leonie came to New Zealand and fell in love with this beautiful country.  She was fortunate enough to keep working in the Pilates field and so further training, completing the Stott Pilates Intensive Reformer and Stability Plus certifications in New Zealand.

Jade is a keen sportswoman, having rowed for UCLA in the USA.  She found Pilates an awesome way to complement her training, and also combine her passion for movement, sports training, and the incredible human body.

Jade’s classes are a great workout, guiding you through the Pilates repertoire to strengthen your body, increase your flexibility, and feel strong and connected.

Qualifications: Physiotherapist and Pilates

Noa is a NZ registered Physiotherapist, and is also trained in Mat and Reformer Pilates.  She is a great believer in using exercise as not only a form of self rehabilitation but also as a way to keep you strong and loving your life.

Noa’s classes teach you great form in order to build your challenge up in a foundational way.  She’ll help you to strengthen, and experience the benefits that Pilates can have in your life.

Pilates Qualifications: STOTT Pilates Intensive adn Advanced Mat and Reformer Intensive and Advanced.  Currently studying (2025) her comprehensive Pilates certification in Cadilliac, Chair and Barrels. 

Bronwyn’s interest in movement began during living abroad and teaching yoga for the previous 6 years. Gaining 650 hours of yoga teacher training while living in both India and Mexico each for one year studying with an arrange of great teachers. 

Returning home to New Zealand with a love of strength and conditioning, Bronwyn is delighted to share her understanding of athletic and mindful movement, inviting playful self enquiry whilst developing strength, flexibility and mobility. Encompassing a deeper knowing and connection with your own body through Pilates practice.”

Simone’s interest in the human body and how it moves came from a family passion and commitment to the sport of waterpolo.  She represented NZ.  Simone also has personal experience of experiencing back pain, and has used Pilates as a rehab tool for many years.  

Simone was an orginal ONFORM Pilates client, who went on to study Pilates through STOTT Pilates, and gain her full Refomrer Pilates training.

Her classes are peaceful, yet challenging, helping you find your individual level o0f challenge and explore the amazing Pilates repetoire in your body.

Kate completed her Pilates Certificate through MVM Pilates.  She brings joyful energy to her classes, which she plans to ensure you feel safe, supported and empowered.

Catherine has always loved exploring movement through dance and team sports since childhood. She started practising yoga regularly in 2013, while living in Spain, and later trained to teach Ashtanga and Restorative yoga in 2018 at the Auckland Yoga Academy. As she began to teach, Catherine became interested in how to make postures and movements more accessible for her clients. This led to training and working as an instructor at Studio Pilates Newmarket in 2019. She has since worked for various pilates studios, and been lucky to learn more ways to assist clients enhance their movement practice from incredible mentors. She thoroughly enjoys teaching and encouraging others to embrace their body and find their source of wellbeing and joy through movement.

Maree’s Pilates qualifications include certifications through Body Control Pilates in London, and Classical Pilates training.

Maree has a passion for classical Pilates, and is an Instructor who helps you to find connections in your body to feel long and strong.
